GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. You may enter 3 athletes in each event.
2. You may enter a B relay in the 4X400 and 4X800. Additional charge to enter a C team.
3. MAXIMUM SPIKE LENGTH IS ONE-EIGHTH INCH
6. High Jump starts at 4’6”
7. Shot Put: 3 throws in prelims. We will measure every ones first mark. All other measurements will be those greater than 29’. The top 8 will then have 3 throws in finals.
8. Concession stand will be available sponsored by the Washington Lions Club.
10. The 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdle will have a 2 heat final. All other events will be a final.
11. Event winners may purchase Demon Indoor Champion T-Shirts for $1.
12. $5 ADMISSION AT DOOR FOR ALL ADULTS ONLY
13. PLEASE ADVISE PARENTS THAT THERE IS NO PARKING IN LOT 43 AROUND THE REC CENTER UNTIL AFTER 4:30 TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED!!!!!
