Chocolate Milk

As discussed at the parent meeting, chocolate milk is about the best recovery drink available for post-workout. We are going to stress to athletes to try to drink a cup or two after each workout to help with muscle recovery.

The Mullnix family has donated enough to take care of most or all of this week. I will update later in the week on our supply.
